Mental Health & Varia
Mental health is crucial to our well-being. Navigating life's stressors is not always easy, and most difficult when faced alone. Whether it's dealing with the stress of a heavy course load, a relationship breakup, or feelings of anxiety or depression, there is help. Be sure to talk to your school counsellor. Below you will find links to external resources that could also be helpful.
